hinid masarap ang iodized salt pag dry rub sa karne.
a major cause of iodine deficiency in the country is not lack of fish in the diet.
it is lack of food in the diet.
    hence the iodized salt requirement.
the poor have lunches and dinners made of konting ulam and rice and salt. iodized salt. it ensures that the people won't suffer from iodine deficiency, even if they are thin.
pregnant mothers and breastfeeding mothers also can suffer from iodine deficiency. and if they do, the developing baby and the newborn baby may also come down with iodine deficiency.

what happens when children and babies are iodine deficient?
    their brain development is retarded.
instead of contributing to the country's development when they get older, they become expensive wards of the state.
    hence the government's efforts.

just like far-away gas stations who offer lower gas prices,

    errr,
    how's the expiration date?

    doc,

    expiration date september 11, 2021,

    I bought 27 bottles of 2Liter para good for 2 to 3weeks

    - -- -

natikman ko na coke yellow cap. Walang kwenta!!!!! Walang tamis!!!! Ito ang softdrinks ng may sakit.

Kailngan baguhiin yung sugar law bakit kailangan bawasan eh nawala yung sarap.

again kung hindi maassimilate ng katawan nyo asukal eh problema ng katawan nyo yun.

Bakit madadamay ang malakas ang panlasa na kailangan ng tamis sa buhay

kags feels that the world owes him a bag of non-iodized salt.

    tanzan,

ano bangus mo sa dagupan at asin pa kaya at ano data hinahanap mo hindi ko magets.

Gusto mo ibang data, ako living example na in my 40s no maintenance, not takot this pandemic, No kagaguhan alcohol and im only wearing hengde as a headband sa makapal na hair ko.

Lasang pang may sakit.

    everything in moderation, kags.
let us not look too closely for unhealthy effects associated with the eating of certain foods.
    kasi,
if we look under every rock, every pebble, every sand particle, for evidence of negative effect in the consumption of certain foods,
    we'd end up eating nothing.

I don't usually drink sugar free drinks because I was told that you are better off drinking regular soda because the artificial sweeteners in sugar free drinks are bad. Lately, I've been drinking a lot of Rite N Lite because it tastes just like regular soda.

Anyway, I tried the "new improved taste" Coke Zero Sugar and it's surprisingly good (I was able to finish one can agad) It doesn't have that sugar free taste. However, when I read the ingredients it has caffeine. Lagot ako I am EXTREMELY sensitive to caffeine.

I wish they'd bring Fanta here in the Philippines (it has no caffeine)

so what effect of caffeine did you experience as a result of imbibing that one can?
did you experience it after finishing the one can,
or did you experience it after you found out it had caffeine?

sodas that have no caffeine include orange, root beer, 7-up and sprite...

If I drink after lunch I will be awake until morning. Iced tea has the same effect on me. Even milk tea.

That's what I love. Super fizzy sodas. Feeling ko the US has the best sodas in the world. Sa Europe pala I barely drank water because it costs almost the same as soda, siempre sa soda na ko
