    both pero depende kung anong style ang pagkaluto...

    Pag American style white: ok
    Pag American style red: di ko trip.

    Pag Italian mapa red or white: favorite ko.

    Pasta...

    Red is healthy since it's pretty much tomato based.

    White is indulging and nice.

    i cook all kinds of pasta..kaya lang i dont eat them..my kids lang..

    but if ever kakain ako..neither white nor red...

    i go with the plain olive oil and garlic based pasta...with lots of herbs...with seafoods like shrimps and oysters and clams..and what have you...

    healthier and less sinful...
