USA performs them on deserts and wide open areas as well as underground din. Pakistan and India are also nuclear capable as well as the smallest country in the world that has nuclear arsenal...ISRAEL. If North Korea does have the capability to deliver them(nukes) on ICBM's then the world is in danger. The world should watch out.
