It remains stationary due to a lot of steering forces coming from the north and the west but eventually, it would begin to speed up in 24 hours (maybe).. meanwhile, another system is following Typhoon Mina...try this link..

November 24th, 2007 07:18 PM #46Sabi ang latest tumigil daw dahil it's making up its mind on where to go. hahaha. Pero malaki daw chance na it will head north. In any case, as long as it hits the Sierra Madre, it's gonna get creamed. :chopper:

So after all, tama ang prediction ng US Navy (from the start pa lang) na sa northern provinces magla-land fall si Mina and not on the Bicol Region.
Sa 24 Oras, 2 ang path ang pinapakita ni Nat Cruz. Isang forecast from the US Navy at Pag-Asa, and sabi nya, "We'll stick w/ our own forecast." which is sa Bicol Region papasok si Mina.
He-he! Paltos ang PAG-ASA.
