Ouch! I feel your pain bro. If you want to be sure, check with an ortopedic doctor. If you sprained your ankles multiple times, the ligaments around it weaken... make it a habbit to wear an ankle support or tape it up before you play, it won't prevent injury but you get more stability on your ankles.

salamat sa lahat ng nag reply at malasakit.
ngayon hindi na siya gaanong masakit. pag sobra lang ung pagkagalaw. parang wala naman bali. maliit lang ung namamagang part. don lang sa may malaking buto sa may paa. hindi ko alam tawag don e. hehe. pero mapula pa rin siya kumpara don sa isa kong paa. pero nakakalakad nanaman ako ng maayos konti. siguro nalamog lang o ewan. hehehe.
sayang, weekly pa naman kami naglalaro. mukhang pahinga muna ako sa next game namin. hehehe.

kung ako sayo, irest mo yan ng at least 3 weeks. wala muna laro, para no chances of injuring it again

Steps to do.

3. kung meron baling bones kailangan na dalhin yan kaagad sa ospital pero kailangan lagyan nang support yung ankle like splints na kahoy sa kabilang tabi at balutan nang bandage para hindi magalaw at mag cause pa nang more injuries.
4. Wag itapak nang more than two days. kung may saklay di mas maganda. pressure make it worst.
5. keep it rest 4 a while dont hang dapat body level lang sya para magcirculate ang dugo nang mabuti.

daily maintenance nga pala. Use hot ointments massage it regularly nang soft force then balutan ulit nang bandage nang hindi ganun kahigpit para magcirculate ang dugo. Kung masyado sya maghigpit mamamaga lalo yun.

My worse ankle injury took 3-4 months to completely heal. Nung natapilok ako I felt it completely roll almost to a 90 degree angle. Ouch, I was able to drive home but the next day, I was hardly able to walk. I was able to play a couple of weeks later but alalay lang. Your style of play also plays a major factor... yung friend ko madalas matapilok kasi alanganin mga talon niya, mostly jumping on one feet and jumping on heavy traffic. Alalay lang mga tsong, lalo na pag pickup game.
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
