nastuck ka na ba sa elevator?

naisip ko lang na ipost to kasi kahapon nastuck ako sa elevator sa discovery sa ortigas sa 11th floor coming from the 12th, mga 20 minutes din ako naghintay kasi di gumana yung emergency button buzzer (ito yata yung nakadiretso sa technical nila kapag nagkaroon ng ganoong situation), so i reamined calm and just called a friend of mine na nagttrabaho doon na ipaalam sa isa sa mga technical na nastuck ako (whew.. buti may signal) hehe.. so after mga 20 mins. yun gumana ulit yung elevator at bumukas sa 10th floor, kaya pagkalabas ko nagapologize sakin yung mga tao dun sa inconvenience pero di naman ako nagalit kasi, di naman talaga maiiwasan yun mangyari minsan.. just glad na nakalabas nako so instead na magelevator naghagdan nalang ako mahirap nang matsambahan ulit. kayo?

Yup, na-stuck na. Several years back sa Pavilion Hotel sa UN Ave. Pero sandali lang. Less than 5 minutes. The maintenance crew opened the door and the elevator cab door has only its upper 1/4 portion aligned with the nth floor door (forgot what floor we got stuck). I, together to other companions have to use a ladder to be able to get out. Tawanan lang kami with that experience. Luma na kasi elevator ng Pavilion. But in fairness, the new management is now replacing the old elevators with new ones.

Not yet, but there was I time sa PSE Tektite, many years ago....the elevator "slips". Gosh, nakakatakot dahil 34/F yon...very high rise that time.

I'm a bit claustrophobic, so I don't like small elevators, nor do I like stay in one for long.

Uneasy ako doon sa car park elevator sa may Greenhills. That elevator is really small. Nahihilo ako doon.

OO!!!!!! I live in a condo kc, tapos kahit na new yung condo, bulok naman yung elevator, nasira ba naman nung bumagyo ng malakas, dahil daw sa air pressure etc etc... ang hirap nakaka suffocate

yap....di ko malimutan sa sobrang takot ko kasi kasama ko pa mga kids ko ..sa isang hospital sa laguna nasa 4th floor n kami ng mag stop elevator...

Fortunately hindi pa but I heard it can be scary. I'm not claustrophobic or anything like that but I guess if the lights go out too, I am afraid that someone might grab my butt

Yup. Here is our photo while stuck inside the VRPMC (Polymedic) elevator. We managed to open the inner elevator door only to realize we were stuck between two floors (hence the concrete slab at our eye level).

I've also gotten stuck inside an elevator in Eastwood City.

we used to live in a ghetto apartment building in west LA where every elevator trip was an adventure. probably got stuck there a dozen times...

yup, maraming beses na, kaya lang sa elevator ng isang oil tanker vessel, from engine room going to the bridge and while the ship is rolling from port to starboard side at 25 deg,,,,hehehe

nun high skul ako kasama classmate ko. nagbrownout ata nun sa mwss. tumigil sa gitna ng 2 floors. pagkapatay nun ilaw niloko ko yun kasama ko nagdrama ako " pre hindi na ako makahinga mukhang di na ako magtatagal grrrrkk ah ah... hindi ako makahinga tibayan mo loob mo hwag kang bibitaw pakabait ka ok ka na bestfrend" nag iiyak ang loko hehe akala nya mamamatay na kami.

Yup, been stuck in an elevator on about 3 or 4 occasions. Hehehe!

The funniest one was in Palms country club in Alabang. Two floors lang naman yun, pero since we were lugging bowling balls, we decided to ride the elevator. 16 persons yung max, at 12 pa lang kami. Ayun, stuck for about 10 minutes. It was the laughing noise that got the attention of security who then alerted the technical guys. Can't remember how we got unstuck though.

Three other times were in RCBC Plaza in Makati. Two were when the elevator just felt like malfunctioning. One was during typhoon Milenyo. Electricity fluctuated while we were enroute, so the elevator stopped at a floor that you couldn't access from that set of elevators. Although we pressed Ground, the elevator just stayed put. I hopped a bit. It was enough of a jolt for the elevator's electronics to realize that there were people inside, so it brought us down safely. Takot yung kasama ko, baka biglang ilaglag kami nung elevator sa pagtalon ko. Hahaha!

Stairs is not an option. nasa 36'th floor ang office namin.

Bad trip ang fire drill. have to go down 36 floors, no elevators allowed.
