Parang kaya naman basta okay lang fish and vegetables as ulam.

Parang may doubt sa reply mo hehe, I also have doubts, parang ang dali kasi kwentahin based on average meat price of 500/kg (chicken, pork and beef) x 1.5 kgs /day ay 750, ung 250 ay rice and conditioner na. Pero iba ang feeling pag bumibili ako, lalo na ang breakfast items like bacon and sausages.

Kasya kaya ang 1k/day sa food ng 3 adults, assuming that includes everything, hanggang cooking oil and condiments? Decent home cooked meals lang hindi kasama ang desserts like ice cream and cake sa kwenta.

Quickie assumption ko kasi is 1.5 kgs of meat per day and the balance ung recado, rice, at

puede po.
vasta walang wagyu and other more expensive foodstuffs.

Our monthly grocery budget has increase it is around 20k for the whole month previously our budget was just 15-18k a month.

Dati sa grocery, basta dampot lang ng gulay dahil confident ako na mura sya. Ngayon yung presyo ng ibang gulay eh bigla na lang tataas, kailangan tignan mo presyo baka nag doble bigla.

Pero sa ibang items naman like canned goods and toiletries eh medyo stable naman price and hindi ganun ka bilis ang swing ng prices. Magtaas man paunti unti.
