If thats the case, then go ahead and dont look back. Opportunity of a lifetime yan.
In most cases talaga people who migrate to western countries end up working blue collar jobs. Lunok lang talaga ng pride. Pero hindi naman permanent yun.
I’m also prepared to do that. Work blue collar jobs i mean. For a better future for my family.

Can we trade visas?
My recent trip has solidify my want to migrate there asap.
For a couple of years now, i feel like an ofw. Baliktad nga lang. Nagtratrabaho dito sa pinas for a year then go there for weeks para magbakasyon.
Just count your blessings since what you already have is what others want in the first place.

A blessing many pray for. No kids, no spouse, no baggage. No brainer, ma'am. A life of whatcudabeens can be meaningless. Carpe diem!!! Your only investment is time.
If this were a poll, LEAVE would be unanimous....Unless, you're among us, the foolish few, who opted to serve our purgatory sentence out, here & now.[emoji4]

California Wild Fire basta siusunugin na lang anything on its path, parang Scorched Earth ni Nazi Hitler pero this time nature ang gumagawa. even the fire fighters who are called to fight the fire. are dying also

This is so true! I know a lot of people with very comfortable lives in the PH that left the country. Recently, I noticed even more FB friends migrating to the West (US/Canada).
What surprises me, even showbiz people are leaving the PH. They have fame and money here but still chose to migrate to a country where they will be nobodies and second class citizens (they aren't white)
Dude, stay in the Philippines. Americans are leaving the US and moving to the Philippines. Once our youngest kid goes off to college, we're moving to the Philippines too.
If you do plan to move there? Join the military (get US citizenship with PH dual), retire in 20 years, and then come back to the Philippines with a pension (and/or VA disability compensation) plus Social Security later on. Spend those US $$$ in the Philippines.![]()

Also, as much as I love the quiet life where I am right now? I like how the people in the Philippines still have a cheerful demeanor even with poverty. I spent a few years there. A whole year was spent living and mingling among the squatter folks. They're poor. But, they certainly aren't bad. I felt more at ease with them than the "rich" folks I later lived among with.
Here in the US? You're going to be alone a lot. That's fine if you're like me. I like being alone. Yet, somehow, I ended up getting married and having a family.
But, if you like to socialize and close ties like in the PH? Forget it. You're going to be homesick a lot.

Most probably black. But how did this become about hate crimes. What I'm saying is NON caucasians or non white people will always be second class citizens/minorities in the USA.
I have nothing against white people, in fact, I prefer to be around them.

Wala ako kamag-anak sa US.. Ok lang kapag nasa work, meron kausap pero yung weekend and after work..
Mas mahal nga lang cost of living dun..
