wine, up to a certain age has to be re-corked or else magiiba yung lasa, hindi dahil nag-aage yung wine but rather air is getting into the wine dahil slowly nabubulok at nagleleak yung cork. si stanley ho, taiwanese rich guy, had his collection recently delicately re-corked, pinapalitan lang yung cork in a minimal air environment. proper storage lang talaga ang katapat.
as for beer, yes it does have an expiration date mas mabilis if in can, 3 months lang ata, ang taste nya pag expired na is parang tubig na mapait, and ang panget ng aftertaste. bottled beer also expires, we have 1 case of strong ice here that gave way nung march, same taste as exprired canned beer
for others i think as long as hindi napapasukan ng hangin ay ok pa sya.

Store your wines in a cool and dark place. Keep them in a rack that tilts the bottle forward so the wine is against the cork. By keeping the wine in contact with the cork, the cork will stay moist and well sealed. As you might expect, as a cork dries it shrinks slightly, potentially allowing air to get into the bottle,
Although Carlos I is not a wine but a brandy, its cap is a cork. So, if it remained standing for 6 years, its cork could have dried up already.

Ini-raise ko po ito, since nagkaroon ng thread about supposed to be expiration of perfumes.

I have collections of different liquors. Whiskey, Cognac, Brandy, Vodka, even the Japanese Sake and the Korean Soju. Lahat po imported. Total of 28 bottles.

Some of the bottles were even purchased in the late 90's. Di po ako alcoholic. Pang-display lang sana, kaso dumami na. S.Mig Light lang kaya ko inumin.
