At yung Lucky Rainbow duon sa taas. Which dati was ok pero quality has dipped recently.

Ang pinaka threat ng malls (which is happening sa US now) is Online Shopping. Retail stocks in the US just go down and down while Amazon shares just go up and up.

There are news that Amazon might start their own courier company too. That sent shares of FedEx and UPS down as they make lots on delivering online orders...

Pero it will eventually come. Ako napapansin ko I now shop online much more often than ever before especially with the Christmas season coming very stressful nanaman to go to the malls (too many people and parking). Although there are some things like clothes I still prefer to see before I buy...

Well its chicken and egg... Tim Ho Wan din will not bother to rent knowing ang hina dyan and daming cheap dimsum sa area. Yung Wan Chai grabe P40/order ba yun? Just 2 blocks away from Z Square. Dati nga yabang ng Z Square may kilala ako gusto mag rent there benta clothes.

Now nasan na sila?

True. When online is a lot more widespread and Pinoys realize there's more to life than malling, the brick and mortar shops are gonna be under even more pressure.

For now there's not much to do aside from malling though. Unless you have a couple of days or more to spare.

That is precisely whats wrong here in Metro Manila. Wala naman ibang libangan maliban sa malls. In other cities say like Tokyo may malls yes... Pero dami din ibang libangan like parks to relax.
