    doc nakita mo yung nagzoom meeting si patrick paez yugn asawa ni daphne osena? Yung kazoom meeting sya reporter journalist na taga wack wack, and meron taga manila, meron pa isa basta mga taga channel 5 sila

    yung bintana ko parang ganun very very old school kahoyish na may rectangular jalousy mirror sa gitna. So nakatira ako sa bintana na tinubuan ng bahay. Wrap around puro bintana.

    ang kitchen wala sa loob ng bahay. Nag-iingat eh.

    Haven't felt disadvantaged living in a condo in these COVID times.

    If anything, it's an advantage that there's only 2 of us living together, no risk of infecting our parents.

    imba talaga bentahan ngayon condominium. Kaso sino bibili ng regla price? Ang gusto ng may cash ngayon eh pandemic price. 30% off kailangan may buffer kasi hindi pa sigurado gaano katagal covid matetengga yung kikitain. You are at the mercy ng may kwarta.

    Paying at regla price this covid is kawang-gawa.

    Eh kung isasaili ko pa sa example pag meron gung-gung na nagyosi jan.

    Just too much profit nung pinalano. Pigang-piga sa pagkagatas.

    Ngayon naexperience covid matatakot talaga tao kahit simpleng ubo hatching and other communicable disease eh pandidirihan talaga lalo na sa mga kulob areas.

    Yan ang number 1 reason ayoko nagstay 5star hotel and sogo. Iisa ang elevator at lalakaran nyo.

    I prefer yung may sarili garage motel. Wala ka kahati.

    covid is not forever.

    folks who choose to live in a condo are after the convenience.
    they are not after the greenery or expansive living.

    Sino kaya developer nito. It looks so cheap and what is up with the outdoor area with 12 ft high walls ata. Tiles, doors, bathroom and finishing parang low cost. Pati yung gym parang home gym lang LOL. Nasira Presello dito haha, usually they feature nice properties

    Pero doc, mukha talagang tinipid, this is the opposite of materiales fuertes which my Mom uses to describe structures na high quality at pulido. I don't even have a trained eye in construction (like Travs) but it just looks cheap for some reason? The hallway makes me feel claustro din (I am beginning to sound like kags) It's too narrow.

    Watch it na kasi doc, you will see what I mean
