kailangan talaga matuto mga engineer and architect. Hindi pwede puro porma, design, eye candy. Ang labanan dapat eh may purpose and functional dapat.

Kaya ako gustong gusto ko mga chinese temple. Marunong mga ancient chinese engineers architect.

Cge lang po yosi all you want pero kawawa naman po ung mga units sa baba nyo. Ndi naman po siguro hassle mag ashtray diba? Sarap pa naman mag laba at mag sampay sa gantong panahon☺️

majority ng condo sa pinas walang laundry area kaya verranda ka kaso pwede matuluan from higher floors

ang masaklap pag wala ka terrace eh amoy kulob ka naka-asa kay downy kalungkot!!!!

it used to be kasi people are out all the time and only come home to sleep

so ok lang ang condo

pero umpisa March 2020 mas nag i-istay sa bahay mga tao so na-realize ang disadvantage of living in residential building lalo pag high density

huwag ka mag alala lumalakas ang demand for real house and lot

dahil sa pandemic narealize ng mga tao importante ang space

the condo is just so's we sleep near the workplace.

we still want that house with lot.

I know many people who absolutely love living in their condos. Everything has its ups and downs, pros and cons...and there is nothing absolute...only subjective and relative.

We are talking about personal tastes and preferences here. Mixed in with different circumstances and timeframes.

Well a senator is going to rent one of my condos while he fixes his house. Nothing permanent but he will be the first tenant ever in that new condo.

Kinda lucky given this climate.

Congrats bro. I received an aggressive offer last week from a Nigerian national paying everything in cash. I declined at the last minute after calling the company that he was supposed to be connected with. Wala silang employee na Nigerian. [emoji33]
