hmmm... dami na din kaming relatives dyan sa canada and all of them are doing well no regrets whatsoever... Siguro it really depends on the happiness or contentment of a person. Kung mapili ka siguro o di kaya mataas ang tingin sa sarili di ka dapat magmigrate.

success is relative kase. for example, kung 30K/month lang mo dito sa pinas and you dont have your car, house, etc, then you'd surely apppreciate living in Canada where you'd get $11/hour as a McDo crew (about P85k/month). but if you have a nice job here, and you have your own car and/or house, you'll have second thoughts about migrating. lalo pa nga ang panget ng weather dun. tama ba?

haha ndi lang naman trabaho dito ay delivery boy or gas attendant. bakit kaya ang vancouver ay nominated every year as one of the most livable city in the world? hindi lang naman sahod palagi ang importante, andyan yun environment factor kung tipong safe ka, ok ba ang surrounding para sa mga bata, etc. bs yan sabi ni woulfe27, maraming pro na pinoy dito. sa weather naman sanayan lang yan. sa mga nagbabalak pumunta dito wag kayo magpapaniwala sa mga sabi sabi.

There are also a lot of people including some Tsikoteers as well who earn big bucks, own 2 or more houses, a lot of cars in their garage and yet they don't have second thoughts about migrating.

well... at least POV yan from an immigrant to Canada... baka kasi akala ng iba na basta nasa Canada / US na sila eh ok na.

pero kung ok lang ang manual labor sa iyo, bakit hindi?
