Ako very happy with BPI. I love the transfer-to-anyone function in their app.
Kanina was supposed to make a deposit in their branch near me. Pagpasok ko puno ng tao. So nagtransfer nalang ako via app. Easy and hassle free.

I'll been one of the oldest client na siguro sa BPI almost 20 years na (ang tanda ko na talaga). So far happy naman ako sa branch ko until one time I was pissed off talaga sa isang staff nila.. I applied for BPI trade para maka pang stock ako online since out of the country ako lagi. So filled up everything online and printed. But it needs to be submitted personally with valid ID and photo copy..NO choice ako but to take a short leave (5 days) the uwi ng pinas para lang i process, 8 hrs flight. From airport direct to my BPI branch to submit my documents.. Ka bad trip yung staff sabi ko wala akong photo copy ng passport ko and since banko naman kayo I assume na meron kayo copier or scanner. Ang suplada (pangit naman) wala daw at sa labas daw ako mag pa copy ng passport ko at ID... sobrang badtrip ko lumapit ako sa manager which she know me well since long time client na nila ako (naka ilang palit ng ng manager lagi ako endorse). So sabi ko anong klaseng service meron kayo scanner or photo copier lang wala kayo. Then she told me relax ako nalang mag scanned ng doc mo... amputa meron naman pala lahat sila scanner don at printer ayaw lang ng suplada na pangit na staff mag scan. So balik ako sa kanya to submit the requirements parang na pahiya sya ng sinabi ko na buti pa yung manager marunong ngumiti at sya minso nag scan ng documents ko.. nag flight ako ng 8 hrs para lang i submit yan. di naman ako uutang mag invest pa nga ako. tapos tatarayan mo ko.. then sabi ko next time mag soot na ko ng coat and tie baka sakali i enterntain mo ko ng ayos....ka bwisit talaga
Maganda at secure dahil Sim based pa yan, though need nya ng data for connection, hindi pde magpalit ng sim sa fone para magamit ang app na yan. Even formatting the fone, need mo ulit apply sa atm terminal ang app na yan.
ako ganiyan din na obserbahan ko e, para din baga silang mga taga gobyerno na matagal ang service nila. kase minsan kahet inagahan mo na ang pila e ang bagal din naman nila mag process. kaya ang ginagawa ko thru express teller machine nalang kapag ako ay nag dedeposito e. para dina pumila pa ng mahaba.
Buti nga may queuing machine na ngayon ang BPI so pwede kang umupo while waiting. Dati pipila ka ng mahaba only to findout later na iba pala ang napilahan mo.![]()
^^^download lang ng app. Pre activated na naman ung account. Sa BPI, alam ko iaactivate mo sa atm online banking mo after mo magenroll, same with BDO.

Yup. For every account that you enroll kailangan iconfirm mo through a BPI ATM.
Great functionality for me yung "Transfer to Anyone". You just activate it in your app, then through an ATM (like enrolling an account). After which, you can deposit to any BPI account instantly from your phone. No need to go to a physical branch and line up.
Of course, the risk there is that if your phone gets stolen and the thief figures your password out, he can transfer all the money from your account to his.

^^^nope. Kasi hindi naman nagsasave ng pword and username ung app. Kaya no need to worry.
Mas maganda feature ng bdo (although mabagal) and citibank. Kasi may otp password before you can do transaction, even as simple as transaction history.
And by the way, kung may bpi siya madali (considering nakuha niya username and pword mo) perp traceable. Kung ibang bank naman hindi realtime at traceable din.
Ang mahirap lang ung bibili siya online. Tapos ka dun. Then ibang entity and then ibang address shipping.

Kelangan pala kumuha muna ako ng ATM card. Jurassic kasi tayo, hehe. Walang ATM card, walang smartphone. Tyaga muna ako sa PC. >Salamat mga sirs.
