    Will this airport be exclusive to PAL, or will it be for all international flights?

    paraan ng SMC yan to get around the FAA category 2 status of PAL

    SMC will inject capital into Cayman Airways. Cayman Airways use the capital to buy new aircraft. PAL will then rent the aircraft from Cayman Airways
