dalawang klaseng "P" lang naman ang pwedeng ibudbod sa itlog pag umaga.

hahahha, boybi, epekto lang yang ng malalakas kumain katulad ko. ako eto lang pwede ko kainin (low purine diet):
-Vegetables except asparagus, spinach, mushroom, cauliflower ang legumes(beans, lentils)
-Fruits
-Gelatin
-Milk sugar and syrups
-eggs
-breads
-cereal and cereal products
-cheese.
Potah, mamatay ako sa gutom neto kung eto lang kakainin ko.sorry kung OT.
btw, boybi 4 eggs a week lang daw? di pwede lumampas?

yun ang recommended, pero ang sabi din sa akin 2-3 times per week na tig-30 min treadmill. pero nagagawa ko naman na almost everyday ang treadmill, tapos may kasama pang timeworks. baka pwede ng more than 4 eggs?

pareho lang ba ang calory/cholesterol content ng ordinary hard boiled egg, itlog na maalat at century egg?
paano nga pala pinapaalat ang itlog na pula?

commonly used in making red salted eggs are duck's eggs. di ko lang alam kung pareho sila ng cholesterol level ng chicken eggs. i dont know want is century egg is made of baka bugok na egg yun..

ang alam ko balot ang galing sa duck eggs, and mas mataas nga ang cholesterol ng duck eggs. and i think chicken eggs lang ang itlog na pula because of the size of the eggs. medyo mas malaki ang duck eggs. but i might be wrong.
