    Most of my anxiety disorder symptoms are gone for now... My psychiatrist is prescribing 2 meds and they don't have much side effects. One is Rivotril for sedative... able to sleep 6-7 hours. But it being a benzo drug, have to start tapering off next month.

    Has anyone tried this OTC sleep aid? It also goes by the brand Unisom. It acts longer than benadryl and should only be used if you intend to get a full night sleep...

    Kailangan pala talaga napapagod physically para maganda ang tulog. I was tired yesterday cutting bamboo trees, I slept for 6 hours straight, usually kasi I would wake up every 2 hrs for no reason.

    I work for an MD in the US who recommended supplements L-theanine and magnesium/natural calm to help you relax before sleeping. worth a try for me.
