    Yup that's what I read in Feng Shui. But even with the occult, it's not good to have a mirror that reflects the bed.

    Huwag ka magpapaniwala dun... kaya ka hindi makatulog dahil naiisip mo hindi ka makatulog.

    Hindi CALM ang utak mo... dami mo iniisip, clear your mind before going to Bed. Tulog ka nyan malamang.

    hindin talaga effect valium syo dahil your brain resisting it... naiisip mo na kasi hindi na sya effective.

    Try YOGA with meditation malamang makatulong syo yan. Your Mind will at peace.

    Try exercising before going to Bed, some say a good exercise keep your mind and body relax before going to bed.

    Stop drinking milk before going to bed. Masama syo Gluten.
