    i took melatonin before going to bed last night

    suddenly woke up at 4 or 430am

    then i took 1 iterax and slept till 815am

    di na maganda ito... i have to take stuff to sleep

    At least Iterax level ka pa lang, hindi Valium

    Siyempre hindi ko tatanggihan yan Valium mo Kunin ko na bago mo maisipan inumin yan. haha.
