anyway, subukan mong makarating sa London. kung student visa, galingan mo nalang pag-aaral mo. limited ang oras mo sa pagtatrabaho. ang alam ko 20 hrs a week lang ang allowed sa iyo for work. dati 40hrs per week yata. maliban nalang kung makahanap ka ng trabaho na cash on hand. bayaran ka agad after work ng cash. pero suportado ka naman ng Nanay mo, so focus ka nalang sa course mo.
gaano ka-haba ang student visa? 3 years? after that, renewable pa ba?
Sir actually last year pa po ako nag apply ng dependent visa, 17 pa lang ako that time then na deny siya so nag appeal po kami then dinala na po sa trial court po. More than 1 year po pala processing niyan.

Hi mga ka tsikot, yesterday was the hearing for my visa. My mom didn't push through with the hearing as it may effect her credibility so no more London for me.
    Ganto kasi yun

I applied last year 17 palang ako so I needed a consent from my father( they have been seperated since 2008) my father took advantage of it, di niya daw ako bibigyan ng consent pag di siya isasama. Eh reason na yun para ma deny application ng tatay ko so na deny sakanya damay yung akin. Sucks for me then...

Not attending a hearing results to a loss of the case.

That was a bad decision your father did for you. It definitely compromised your opportunity for education overseas. Oh well, the bright side is you get to shop for a new vehicle right? So what are your options?

Providing the wrong information can really lead to your deportation. Your mum should have discussed the matter thoroughly with your father. Anyway, good luck. I hope they do not think that your mum is a dishonest person.

No we have spent huge amount of money already, Guess i should focus on my education instead. 5 years na engineering lang saka ko bibili ng car. I can use our mazda 3 naman no modifications nga lang and siyempre hiram lang so madaming limits yes that's why she didnt push through with the hearing, the judge might think her as a dishonest person.

Well, see the situation as a challenge.

Excel in your studies, after graduation who knows, with a lot of overseas opportunities nowadays (its the digital age di ba?), maybe you'll find yourself in London before you even know it (and with a ready job to boot).

And yes, toss the idea of getting a new car. Save the money for school and other expenses. So what if you're using a Mazda 3? It's a good car to start with, stock, simple, low profile.

Good luck with your engineering course.
