But if I test positive then they will just tell me to self isolate which I am already doing, Unless you suggest that I check myself in to a quarantine facility? Naiiyak lang ako because I barely go out, I am so paranoid and practice all protocols - even double masking and yet nangyari pa rin sakin to. I've been drinking biogesic every 4 hrs and yet my fever won't go down. I developed dry cough na rin. Vaccinated pa ko sa lagay na yan. I don't want to be hospitalized and I don't want to die yet. Ngayon pa nga lang nawalan ako pang amoy, I am palpitating na

ganyan na ganyan sa wife ko.. but we did not hesitate to have the test to confirm. its also for the protection of your loved ones.. to ensure na di sila mahawa sayo..

may mga kasama kasi kaming mga bata kaya talaga need mag ingat.. naka isolate na sya sa extra room namin pero nilipat pa din naman sa vacant house namin just to be sure..

nawalan din sya ng pang amoy kahit wala naman sipon tapos dry cough.. nung nalaman nya na covid, syempre nalungkot at lalo na nanghina at nag worry.. kaya niresetahan sya ng doctor ng melatonin.. kasi need maka sleep ng maayos para maka recover agad.. binigyan din gamot sa ubo at monitor ang bp at oxygen level

we reported sa barangay.. later the city health officer called.. to check my wife and status of her isolation.. pag di sapat ang isolation, they might recommend you to go to an isolation facility.. kasi madami ngayon mga nasa compound ang na infect..

the vax will not make you invisible sa virus.. the vax will help the body mitigate the symptoms para mild lang.. hindi mauwe sa critical..

OT: i don't know the data pero, may mga kasama kami sa office na namatay.. after mag pa vax, 1st dose pa lang tapos ilang days nag covid +, then ayun na.. bite da dust agad..

Masama din pakiramdam ko like 2-3 weeks back. I was sneezing a lot, feeling ko may sore throat I even woke up from sleep one time coz my nose was so clogged I couldn't breathe. Nung nag exercise ako I confirmed na iba coz I was so weak. Ang sakit ng dibdib and likod ko. Ininuman ko ng biogesic and vitamins, lola remedios and Betadine throat spray. Tapos lots of water. Yun buti nag improve ako.

Vaccinated naman elders mo sa bahay right? Kung gusto mo makasigurado get tested. But the battle starts in the mind. You have to be strong for your family and fat lab.

Monitor blood O2 regularly and get tested. Even after recovery best to check blood O2 regularly. A recovered friend passed unexpectedly from what doctors say a probable type 2 heart attack.
