Ang hirap ng madaming boss na may kanya kanyang interest. And I am caught in between. I am not cut for corporate life talaga. I hate competition and I don't like to play the "game" as my manager would say

Yup,- it is a dog eat dog world out there.... Sadly....

I don't play the usual office politics,- but a lot of people in corporate (US and EU) are doing that, and so, I need to constantly nurture my scheming evil half to protect my local/regional organization as situation calls for it.

Here,- I am a straight shooter most of the times,- so that expectations are laid out properly,- so Managers, who are empowered, as they are experts in their field, do not second guess.... It's a challenge all the time, I should admit, as we, Filipinos, are okay with "okay na iyan",- which will not work all the time.

Part of the job,- but I take all the flak(and bs) from the higher ups.... to keep my org humming without heavy baggage... If they go straight to them,- then, I relegate to fire fighting...
