I'm scared. My German boss just told me that senior management decision is to outsource a lot of our tasks to India. I've seen this happen before in my first job when whole departments were outsourced. We had mass resignations and forced retirements.

I spoke to my direct boss and we're not sure if we should start exploring other opportunities. Too much cost cutting from HQ. My German boss is not happy either.
