I am so pissed at my former local boss!
I had the perfect work area already and he kicked out my original seatmates and moved me a few meters to sit with his people, most of whom I really hate! Everything was so perfect already - perfect window corner area, nice view, seatmates that I like. He just had to ruin it! Now I am requesting to be moved to the opposite end on the floor, as far away from them as possible!
Constant ata movement ng workstation sa inyo Cathy?
Regardless who will be my seatmates are? Nakakainis yung panay lipat.

He is my former boss so we don't work together anymore. I have no team mates or direct manager here in Manila anymore.
He took over the area originally assigned to me and another team. They only moved me a few seats because I specifically asked another head if I can take a corner window seat. But they evicted the other people I was supposed to originally sit with. My former boss' team had an ugly area and I guess since he had more power over the boss of the other team, they were able to kick them out. I stayed but I don't want to sit with these new people![]()
Hehehe . No it wasnt leg day.

Color me irritable but I wanted to punch the idiot i was with at the elevator. Guy stank the yosi smell, was playing loud music and singing along through his blaring earphones, kept hitting the elevator buttons hard, and kahit pabukas pa lang yung elevator, he kept impatiently hitting the "close" button (My employer owns the building so I do get care about our property).
Also, something dripped on my car while on EDSA and it marked. Good thing the car is waxed thoroughly as it would have definitely eaten the clear coat.
He wasn't playing with it actually. It was more of his manner of pressing the buttons. A normal person would push gently or tap it lightly, this dude was tapping it quite hard and he kept pressing the open and close buttons when someone was stepping in or out when all he has to do is stand and wait for the door to open close automatically.
His ABSENCE of manners is all over (loud music, rough movements, no consideration).
I find it extremely rude when people press the close button as soon as a person gets in the elevator.
Pati ulo ko uminit hearing that story. That guy is a quintessential jolog.

Elevator etiquette seems to be a peeve of mine. I also roll my eyes at some people who take the elevator 1 flight DOWN at the same building since the stairwell is easily accessible and very much easy to pass through (of course there are people exempted, but there are some who just can't seem to walk even if they are very able).
I personally take the stairs when it's up to two floors up or down. Years ago, i'd take the stairs regularly from my old 3rd floor office to the 12th floor for the sake of getting exercise in-between.
He's not from our company definitely.
Hehe... work in any corporation with some semblance of family ownership-control, and COOs will raise some eyebrows in a good number of cases.![]()

Ay nako, we should understand the lesser individuals among us.![]()
I also take notice of those who take the elevator for 1 floor up or down. It's only excusable if: senior, pregnant, injured or carrying heavy stuff. Although there are some people who look normal but are not well enough to take the stairs so I just give them the benefit of the doubt.
If the person smells like smoke or is wearing a sporty outfit, it's eye roll worthy to take the elevator for 1 flight.
