^ Did I understand it correctly that Monte de Piedad had the same *good dilemma* with the Baclaran Church collection some years ago....?

Counting is easy sir, they have a machine to do that, around 1-1/2 hrs, including yung pag lagay sa small plastic bags, sorting took me a day( 10s and 5s)and bringing it to the bank is a different matter, i divided it into 4 plastic water containers, yes the blue ones para may handle...carried them into the car...then to the bank, nag pa-pansit ako sa mga staff and guards..mga 2 days or so..

    that's one problem i wish i had..
and there's this rumor, years ago, that after each weekend "religious" affair somewhere along roxas blvd, it would require a dumptruck to haul away all that money...
but it was just a rumor... right?

i was you a few years back sir. what worked for me was the 'envelope method' of budgeting. Look into it, and pag tumagal ma outgrow mo na ung method na un and you will evolve sa mga mas advanced, complicated means, depende sa needs mo. and also, small things do add up. if it's not necessary, cut back. eto ung mga na tigil ko, for financial reasons or other benefits:

    1. smoking - pretty obvious benefits, hindi lang financial.
    2. softdrinks/juices etc - similar to #1. eto na ata ang pinaka malakas humakot ng kita sa mga resto.
    3. Buying in bulk - only if you will consume it anyway, and walang expiration.
    4. Buying quality products - shoes, jeans, shirts, undies etc. mas costly ang 'cheap' products. Generally, buy something from a brand that specializes in that category. Mas bang for the buck.

set aside 10% of your salary for a start as a savings kaagad.

Feeling proud of my eldest daughter. Everyday I ask her to boil me some banaba tea. Minsan nakakalimutan ko iutos pero she doesn't forget and still prepare it. Last weekend na nag grocery kami she picked up a couple of box of banaba tea without me asking her to get them, nagkusa sya dahil alam nya pa ubos na banaba ko.

It's a simple gesture but it makes me feel she cares for me and love me. It's a big deal for me cause I'm the typical disciplinarian. You know how minsan malayo ang loob ng anak sa disciplinarian na tatay. Kaya minsan pag kailangan ko pagalitan eh di ko magawa, hahaha

^Daughters are always malambing to their Dads. When my Dad was still working, I would always make him salubong when he comes home. I carry his briefcase and make sure his glass of water is ready by his bedside. My dad is not a disciplinarian though hehe

Feeling good. I just test drove the RS civic. Felt good thrashing it around. Very impressed with the electronics(really good headunit integrated with the gauges especially the NAV), engine power, tranny logic and build quality
