Btt: my son is taking up BSE so I hope he made the right choice. Definitely a noble profession but was not my first choice.

depends, if he teaches skills at a good school, the pay is higher than teaching academics.

Unfortunately (?) he wants to be in the academe. English major with minors in world literature.

where i'm at, there are too many teachers and nurse graduates but not enough job opportunities. the world is short of jobs. with the advancement of technology, not too many people are into food production, not enough farmers. people need to realize what occupations are needed not just jobs.

Bro.,- if he has the capacity,- then there is IT Major In Gaming Design and Technology sa CSB....

I got out of the academe just before the pay got to be "profitable"..... Sa signed chit lang namin sa College Canteen noon (as an instructor),- ubos na ang sweldo ko... :hysterical:
