Disappointed..

I'll never use that kapamilya sim ever again!what a huge inconvenience!It's been more than a week and I still can't use the internet..reported it a few days ago only to be informed that it's working fine..there was a usage of 11.4 mb from june 1-12!I can't even pull up a webpage for pete's sake..i tested all my postpaid sims and every single one worked except for this one..I even did a master reset on my phones/tablet to prove that it's not the devices that's causing it..even the top up remains the same..if there's a usage then the balance should've at least changed right?

Thankful na nagkatubig na ulit sa bahay. Had to take time off from work and spent the entire morning hauling water from my sister's house in another village to our house. Only got a subcompact hatch so I could only bring along 7 x 5-gallon blue containers per trip.
