Disappointed..

I'll never use that kapamilya sim ever again!what a huge inconvenience!It's been more than a week and I still can't use the internet..reported it a few days ago only to be informed that it's working fine..there was a usage of 11.4 mb from june 1-12!I can't even pull up a webpage for pete's sake..i tested all my postpaid sims and every single one worked except for this one..I even did a master reset on my phones/tablet to prove that it's not the devices that's causing it..even the top up remains the same..if there's a usage then the balance should've at least changed right?
