What if it is your staff in the office who borrows money from you? I lent P5k each to 3 staff and P20K to a staff/inaanak na ang asawa nag abroad. Un isa sa P5K nag-resigned na at un isa I heard is considering another offer. Un inaanak nandun pa rin pero puro 'promise'. All are first-timer borrowers. Aba, ginawa ata akong PCSO! How do you define 'insignificant amount' and how far should I be helping the staff. I treated it na lang as kaltas sa bonus since their performance also affects my bonus.

Pre, will never use the company resources for personal matters. Kaya nga antayin ko na lang magbayad. Pag hindi at least alam ko na personality nila. Hindi na lang siguro makahingi ng malaking raise.

I don't. I don't lend money to friends. Most of the time, the amount they need probably require a bank loan anyway.

OO nga. 16 pa lang ako may inaanak na ko sa binyag. Pero pag ako tinanong sa kasal magagalit talaga ako :bwahaha: Ideally you should be old enough to be the parents of the bride and groom.
