Hello Fellow tsikoters,
Quick question, ano gagawin sa mga nakaparada sa driveway or tapat ng gate niyo?
already did the following:
1. Paulit ulit kona kinausap ng maayos. (almost a year na ganito)
2. Nilagyan konang harang yung tapat (tinatangal nila)
3. Tried to seek help from the barangay, after 2 days ganun ulit.
Can i file a case or anything? hassle sobra, tuwing gabi sila pumaparada sa tapat ng gate/driveway namin, kaya kapag gabi uwi ko, kailangan kopa kumatok sa bahay nila para ipaalis sasakyan nila.
Any advise (wala sana kalokohan advise hehehehe).
TIA

it's a subdivision... wala ba kayong homeowners association?
Sa old Subdivision namin... kinausap lang namin yung owner nung car na wag mag handbrake para madali itulak sa umaga/gabi car nya.
And in case of emergency... walang samaan ng loob kung tamaan yung car nya.

If he's parked on an authorized driveway (which I assume it is), you can probably involve the MMDA (tow, clamped, ticketed).
Just throwing ideas. We never had to do this.
Though in one occasion many years ago, a car parked in front of our secondary (seldom-used) gate. Since the gate swings out, our katiwala couldn't know that a car was parked outside. Long story short, the gate left some scuffs and a small dent on the rear door of the illegally parked vehicle (it's an old Corolla). Nagalit lang yung driver but never pressed us to cover the damage. I think he knows he's more guilty... or he just didn't care about his old beat up car. Nevertheless, he never parked there again.

Had the same problem at our old house some years ago. The mom of the owner of the vehicle, not the actual owner/driver, had the audacity to confront me on the street even though they were the ones who were causing the inconvenience.
No amount of pakisuap dissuaded them. Until one night, several of the cars parked on the street had their tires slashed and some of their party guests were pinpointed in the village CCTV.
They denied any wrongdoing of course, but after that they stopped parking on the street.
I'm not saying slash their tires, but the thought did occur to me. [emoji16]

Tanggalin mo tire next time.
Then leave a note that he/she can have it once nakauwi ka na.
Put a cctv in front of the house as well
