I wasnt able to clean the garage, as I have to attend a party..
the test was done not sa office.. but sa production floor mismo... sa office naman puro tiles yung flooring so hindi mahirap maglinis...

ang problem namin sa office floor... hindi ata maayos pagkaka lagay ng tiles.. may mga cracks hehe..

ah oo, effective talaga pag high temp plus high pressure pa. heat will easily loosen mga tulog na oil same as kerosene and gasoline the better kaya lang medyo magastos.

muriatic acid, pwede siguro pero delikado. pati gamit na gagamitin mo baka matunaw.

as of now nag ca canvass pa kami ng ibang alternative suppliers... but that seems to be the solution...

i would think oil / grime is almost the same as sa amin (we are heavy user of cooking oil so yung dulas sa sahig is mostly because of cooking oil)..
How much yang hot water spray na yan? Binili nyo ba?

).. di ko maalala price na banggit nya.. but much cheaper.. although specs ata magkaiba...

naghahanap pa kami ng alternative supplier kaya wala pa...

hmmm can this also be applied sa car wash? something like hot shower for the car? hehe..

Same principle sa car under wash using steam.

Meron dati sa Total North Fairview, car under was using KAESSER, ngayon wala na at gamit nila ngayon eh foam wash na lang

first, mechanical cleaning by scraping the dirt and grime off the floor and discarding it. second, chemical cleaning by some biodegradeable degreaser such as kleenol or simple green. but in the philippines, axion dishwashing cream or liquid followed by a rinse of hot water. flushing biodegradeable detergent to the storm drains or to the ground is acceptable if done sparingly. using gasoline, kerosene or other petroleum products is not only costly but is very dangerous. if somebody smokes around the area then the whole place would ble cleaned to ashes. if you use muriatic (hydrochloric) acid washes or etches the concrete if it was new in preparation for priming and/or painting but not degreasing. acid is very dangerous, corrosive, toxic and may damage the concrete and the reinforcing bars embedded in the concrete. use green way of cleaning that does not have a big impact on the environment
