ito bradnams yun frame. pero yun glass na may design customized, customized sizes din nun frame sa bradnams pati special color (mocha brown). weather proof siya. bradnams siguro doble price, they have different pricing kasi for us kaya iba.

Icon, most subdivisions in Metro Manila still require septic tanks due to the lack of a centralized sewage system. Some subdivisions naman (i.e. yung sa may Ayala Alabang) merong STP or Sewage Treatment Plant within the village, hindi na kailangan ang septic tank dun. Most private subdivisions have village administrators, pwede kang mag-inquire sa kanila about it.

just read this thread from page 1 to 15 jotting down some pointers and listed some questions...

para saan nga pala ang panambak na namention? yun ba yung pag in case gusto mo iraise yung floor level? how do you make sure nga pala that the floor is settled na and di na yun lulubog?

ano din steps to make sure na di lalanggamin? the apartment we live in dami langgam sa loob ng bahay coming from the landscaping na ginawa ng owner to the different holes sa loob ng bahay. ginagawa ko nilalagyan ko yung mga holes ng petroleum jelly pambara sa butas, ants can't walk thru this.
how do you avoid ants in the first place. para di sila magbahay sa mga cracks.

also, from an architect, ano ba mga plans or sketches na makukuha mo? the house plan which is like the basic layout and design right? meron pa bang structural plan, electrical plan, etc?

we give ballpark figures not detailed quotations. gutterless roofing would be less maintenance and cheaper since you dont use gutter na, but the faschia board would look dirty especially during the rainy season, actually we have a solution for this, we use it for our clients so they dont have to clean or replace it everytime maging madumi.

qustion, if I have an existing steel casing window, can I just cut the windows off and retain the grill tapos lagyan na lang ng sliding windows? bale kung pwede hinde na sirain yun semento sa window sorroundings?
