Looks more like WPC floor boards. Lots around & they vary in quality.

Any recommendations for a residential home elevator for a 2-storey house that can fit a wheelchair and another person or 2?

    Mitsubishi SVC/SVA series

Cibes Voyager (?) (they changed their naming convention)

    Aritco Homelift

Ideally you would need 1.3x0.7m space inside. A depth of 1.1m or 1.2m may work but it will be tight for the other person. The acquisition cost of glass elevators such as the Cibes and Aritco will be higher than the Mitsubishi but will be easier to retrofit. You can even install the glass elevator outside. There are many variants, you can ask the technical of the supplier which elevator variant or model fits your requirements.

Edit: Mitsubishi is hard to contact now, theyre too busy doing the subway and other industrial requirements.

Thanks! Do you happen to know the price range for these lifts?

Last quotation for a 3 floor glass elevator was around 2.5-2.8m for Cibes or Aritco, their prices were similar. A 2 floor version will cost less. The Mitsubishi residential one is cheaper but I havent had one quoted in a while since most prefer the the glass elevator but it was 20% cheaper a couple of years ago.
