Which mall's flooring looks cheap? Most of the NCR ones are pretty decent. It could just be really old and poorly maintained flooring like Makati Cinema Square

Rockwell, Greenbelt and Serendra expensive
Uptown, Glorietta and Aura ordinary
Market Market (inside) and SM cheap

BTW I like Evia, it looks like an Ayala mall (which is a compliment)
