itlog, instant noodles saka canton. hehehe. yung mga ibang prito pala kaya din. pero hindi ako nag nagtitimpla. hahaha
rice, simple fried dishes, instant noodles, egg and i also learned to season pork chop when i was left alone at home. tinuruan ako ng ermats hahaha.. and that's about it![]()

That's a mortal sin in our house. My Dad's cardiologist back in the early 90's advised us to throw out all MSG or anything with MSG in our house.
We don't use instant mix as well because that has MSG. We also make sinigang from scratch (sampaloc squeezed)
Naku avoid eating instant noodles (lucky me, payless, nissin etc) It's very high in sodium. But then again I still eat spam lite kahit high sodium
+100 pogi points guys who cook well and have a healthy appetite. I used to get irritated with my ex kasi ang hina na kumain ang bagal pa.
