^^^ Depends on who you use the tasser on haha! If you use it on a perp wala. If you use it on your neighbor who happens to have a good lawyer, yes, assault with serious physical injury.

afaik, there is no law against possesion or carrying of a taser.

I've read one article about a guy using a taser to a woman he raped. The woman was incapacitated when struck so the culprit freely perpetrated his plan.

Not that my lifestyle requires one, but if I were to get one for defense, I would pick this FN P90 to carry around with me. Light, compact, accurate (does not spray like a UZI).

You also might want to consider a Kriss Vector .45 ACP smg :-)
