    Discretion pa rin ng FEO kahit mag apply for 10 years na LTOPF.

    I applied for 10 years and they only gave me 5 years validity

    Yes, depends pa rin sa kanila. Why do you think they gave you 5 years only, are you a new owner? Or relatively new, like 2nd renewal pa lang ito?

    No idea. I am a new owner

    I have a friend who is a new owner too and they gave him 10 years. Same with some I saw in our FB groups.
