I would have to cast my vote on goku.

Goku surpassed the limits of a saiyan by becoming a super saiyan. He surpassed the limits of a super saiyan by changing to super saiyan level 2. He again surpassed the limits of super saiyan level 2 by becoming a super saiyan level 3.

In short GOku surpassed the limits of limits.

While Superman's powers remain relatively the same.

Siguro sa flying skills mas lamang si superman and perhaps sa endurance. While power and fighting skills malayo ang lamang ni goku.

Well, Bats is and would always be my all-time fave superhero. AFAIK, he is the only superhero in the DC universe na walang superpowers. He just uses his brains, his ingenuity, his martial art skills and, well, his money. He even knows all the weaknesses of his Justice League buddies and knows how to defeat them all, if he has too ;) I think ang katapat nya sa Marvel universe as far as walang superpowers is concerned eh si Anthony Stark aka Iron Man.

Honestly, hindi ako bilib kay Mars Ravelo. Kasi yung mga Pinoy heroes nya ay obvious copycats naman ng Western heroes (Lastikman/Plastikman, Darna/Wonderwoman, etc.)

Rogue can absorb powers from both mutants and non-mutants... she's strong enough to go toe-to-toe with Wonder Woman, Super-girl or Darna long enough to try and absorb their powers... (whichever of the three is strongest).

One more thing Batman has in his favor is that he is a victim of a heinous crime -- his parents were killed before his very eyes. That alone motivates him to be the tireless crusader that he is.

As far as Iron Man vs. Steel is concerned, Tony Stark may have the technological upper hand. However, I think it's going to be a different story if Steel uses the Entropy Aegis, the very same armor he successfully used against Doomsday.
