BoyDapa: The house was sold to us as the previous owner could no longer pay the monthly ammortization. They loaned it from the bank where my wife works. We bought the house as my wife is entitled for company property of 30% off from the selling price. We only met the previous owner once when we visited the house and as I could remember it I even asked that time kung may multo wala naman daw sagot nila. The second time we visit the house vacated na. Yes di naman harmful pero still creepy pa rin. I might talked to the previous owner as I knew where they are living now but i have to do it alone as my wife doesn't like it. Well I knew that strong prayer will overcome this. Thanks

much better kung magpa-misa ka sa house mo, instead of blessing lang. invite your close relatives for a small get together, but don't mention ung tungkol sa nakikita ng mga yaya mo. parang house warming na din.

sa pari mo na lang sabihin ung problema (actually di naman problema un) and also tell your yaya na wag magkwento sa mga anak mo kundi magkakaroon sila ng fear at hindi na aakyat or pupunta sa anumang place ng bahay mo na wala clang kasama.
