    there are several ways of drying palay, without utilizing the road. it's already old tech, what with IRRI in los banyos.

    sa may amin, yung mga nag bibilad ng palay sa kalsada eh sila yung mga kumuha ng porsyento nila sa pag tatanim. kami kasi pag harvest eh diretso na sa buyer para hindi na namin store yung mga palay. tapos yung mga tumulong na nag trabaho sa palayan eh may porsyento sila. ginagawa nila eh patutuyuin then gagawin bigas para mas matass nila mabenta or personal consumption.

    pero may batas dyan na bawal magpatuyo sa daan, medyo mahigpit pag highway or main road pero sa mga secondary roads eh may matitigas ang ulo talaga.
