kahit unggoy papasukin mo ng LTO mabibigyan ng lisensya yun... there was a case when a blind man was issued a license by the LTO a few years back...

if the LTO gets strict in issuing licenses (as it should kasi deadly weapons din ang mga sasakyan), sigurado malaki ang improvement sa order sa daan...

i once talked to a bus driver....napunta usapan namin sa aksidente...aba ang kumag d raw sya natatakot dahil malaki yung bus...para daw karambola/bilyar lang daw pag nakabunggo sya! sabi ko ganoon ba? sabay tayo at iniwana ko!:evil:

problema sa highways natin kahit law-abiding ka you have no choice but to play slalom on SLEX and cruise on the passing lane and pass on the right... there's just no getting around all the dunderheads on he highway... tsk tsk

may american visitor kami dati, ambulance driver sa california, sabi nya filipino drivers are crazy. hanep kasing mag-overtake at dumistansiya ang ilang pinoy drivers, kakatakot. he swore he'll never ride a jeepney again.:lol:

i think it's sad that we're even proud of the collective driving mentality we have here. if we can't even realize that our situation is totally wrong, there's just no way of making things better.
