Kriminal din yung gov't employee from Mayor's office, DENR, LRA etc, basically anyone who signed off on making a lad that is unalienable for being part of the natural waterway and make it alienable and disposable o the first place. Dami ganyan.

back when they created provident village,
    wala pang denr, etc.
    only city hall.
    life was easier back then.

    the question now is,
"what are we gonna do about it?"

Sa mga taga las pinas, what route do you take pag ganitong maulan? I don't mind konting traffic basta walang baha. EDSA as starting point.

Kagabi ko lang din naranasan sobrang lakas ng ulan, kotse pa naman dala ko from MoA. We took the usual cavitex, alabang zapote.
If from EDSA, skyway, naiaX, cavitex.

back when it was still open to motor vehicle traffic,
in quagmire ncr traffic generated by heavy weather,
i would take roxas blvd for my southward route.

because everyone else was mired in traffic elsewhere, roxas blvd southbound was traffic-free.

    Thanks.

Big mistake talaga that I did my usual route through naia then c5 ext. I got worried that Zapote would be submerged by the time I got through Cavitex.

I'll stick to the tollways next time.
