when there used to be "homes along the riles", the trains had roofs at steep pitch over the railcar roof of the trains to avoid accumulating trash and human waste tossed on top of the roof of the train as it passes thru between the shacks

like cockroaches they are. this is a showcase of the philippine government and society failure. if there were educational and job opportunities, these people won't have to lower themselves to the level of the rodents. the corrupt officials are to blame for these people's hardships. they are simply trying to survive. these people don't even have lives, they just exist.

I know Otep was based in Fabella before when he was doing internship... grabe daw.

We had a 18 Y.O. househelp before. Her parents were friggin 32 or 33 years old. After that, nagpaalam at umuwi tapos nabuntis siya ng BF niya sa probinsya. WTF. At that rate, her parents would probably reach their great, great grandkids.

very good training facility for future nurses and obstetricians. this situation is not easily controllable. make use of the situation by placing this opportunity for those who need the training and practicum towards the medical field. not all of this is bad, there has to be something good about it. more prospective voters for those corrupt politicians to get in office
