July 28th, 2011 08:32 PM #11where it is illegal for tagging or graffiti in other countries, it is the norm in the philippines for politicians to post greetings, endorsements or messages on the streets contributing to distracted driving. also, the whole directory of barangay officials down to the lowest position posted on the streets. the country probably has the most number of billboards, banners and signs per square meter than any other country in the world
