Siopao asado lang binibili ko sa 711, I don't buy anything else but that.
i give you.another example uls coz a week ago I bought a smart tv.
so i overhead other buyers telling their companions, kelangan big screen kelangan 4k walang kwenta kung walang surround sound home theater ekek
so hayun when we were all lined up sa testing sa store, one bought a 50in regular tv mas pinili nya yun malaki na screen pero hindi sya nag smart, the other one bought the bigger 65in with matching home theater worth 40k more. wow!
so being a snobbish person that I am di ko na kinausap yun bumile ng 50 na regular tv. at ang kunausap ko yun bumile ng 65 in, i told him, you know you just have to have a fiber connection that coz youre gonna stream 4k. and he replied, yes nakakabit na. so i said good choice! and he smiled back. the other guy i didnt talk to even though its bigger 50 inch , wala naxsense pa makipagusap sa plain tvs.
so what did i buy a 43" smart tv with built in ISBT receiver na naka-sale as compared to the bigger screens.
the guy who bought the non smart tv, mag aspire pa sya in future to get another one coz dapat smart na binible ngaun,
while the guy who bought the totl package, i think papaga custom pa sya ng custom cabinet for the speakers and other future accessories, maybe a
lazyboy , then a 5000 per month fiber access, and then kung mag-download he will download 4k videos. na kelangan nya ng not 1 not 2 but maybe at least 5 terabytes of hd space to acoomodate his collection.
eh ako i just bought a 43 smart to be mounted on a wall, in a open space room, which I will be spending every night watching youtube videos of arnis and sword training, my wife can use it for aerobics,
yun lang naman talaga purpose ng tv eh , to get info to study actors in emotional intelligence, sp tha you can apply in real life, and make less money but maximize more.
smart vs globe
puregold vs landmark
ang pera nasa masa
coz of sheer size of population
I don't think Ayala/BPI has a sosy image/branding. When it comes to banks, upscale would be offshore banks. I am loyal to Ayala mall and BPI because these brands give better products, services, respect their customers and have business ethics.
SM/BDO absence of business ethics is absolutely appalling. Para silang Walmart of the Philippines. My former professor whose family owns a popular restaurant in PH is disgusted by SM. I don't care if it's more convenient to go to SM, there's at least one in every city in MM! Naiinis ako because SM kills Mom and Pop stores! We don't need an SM every x kilometersfor example, and no offense to BF residents pero nasira vista ng BF nung tinayuan ng big box SM ang entrance ng village nila. The old McDonalds looked so much better. And why the need for an SM in BF e may SM na sa Sucat.
Pati yuang BDO- We find ways to screw you.
I've said it at the board numerous times but I hate SM (and all it's businesses) with a passion.
711 samin during office hours mahaba ang pila.

kaya kung sosy person ka and syempre mataas standard mo and taste
tapos mag open ka ng business selling only stuff you would buy, stuff only that meets your standard and taste
well, kung ganyan nga talaga gusto mong business you gotta figure out how to pay the bills
kaya madami mga sosy arte tindahan nagbubukas tapos nagsasara after a few months
FM siopao sucks...

looloo’s Siopao Blind Taste Test: Convenience Store Edition
I love Landmark and the owner is Chinese...
That's an exception. It just so happened that most companies which I find distasteful are Chinese owned (such an cebu pacific - blows my mind why people continue to fly with this airline that treats its customers like crap)
Sorry for all the OT. Basta usapang SM nahi high blood talaga ako, I HATE HATE HATE it so much.

Well same arguments that we have. Cebu Pacific is cheaper dibali na I am treated like crap basta maka Japan ako for 10K kaysa PAL (which is also Chinese owned hahahaha) na 20K. Sayang din 10K laki na yun budget na yun for lodging ng Airbnb for a week's stay in Japan hahahahaha...
PAL maganda dahil may direct flight nila sa US. But if you're going to another country, you're better off with another airline.
The way my ex described cebupac - it was like riding a bus in EDSA, may nagtitinda pa ng mani. And too many horror stories about cebu pacific...
Sakto.
Sadly.
I can tell when a business is going to go under.
I like it.(di ako sosi, allergic lang sa crowd)
Shame. Their Japanese branches are good, but locally, Family Mart is viewed as "too sosi"... Ministop and Alfamart are more appealing to the "masa" crowd.
I think 7-11's strength in brand recognition is unassailable... despite MiniStop and Alfa undercutting it in price, it still does fantastic business. Right product mix. Right prices.

Assi mart.
Best place to buy instant noodles. Cheaper than most supermarkets.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
imagine going into a store
the store's scent is very relaxing
the store feels so classy
the goods are classy, the floor's classy, the lighting's classy, every freaking detail is classy
even the salesperson looks and sounds classy
and you're the only one in the store
kung ako iisipin ko agad "how the hell does this place stay in business?"
i mean like dude, we're in a third world country
the poor folk ain't never gonna come in here, and the really rich folk do their shopping abroad
who the hell's gonna buy anything here?
after a few months makita mo sarado na

SORRY OT
