Yup, which was also beside Project Pie, which also closed. Kaya I thought it was because of the rent in that place kaya sila nag sara hehe.

problem kasi sa family mart eh fake japanese convienience store.....

nagserve ka lang ng tonkatsu with rice eh japanese na ba yun

nagbenta ka ng green tea kitkat eh genuine hapon ka na ba....

i mean what set you apart sa 7-11....

eh pretentious lang naman.... pinamahal para magmukha sosy.....but hindi ko mafeel pagkaupscale.. eh tanga ba consumer na bumili sa inyo eh mas mura sa labas.... ang usual lang naman gumagawa nyan yung mga babae nakaahon sa kahirapan dahil nakaasawa foreigner tapos sa rustans talaga gusto para to feel belong...

pag sa ground floor ka lang eh magaan pa aura ng mga tao....

pero pag pataas na pataas na floor eh nagtatransform na attitude..... nawala na pagkarelax..... patarayan na...

Feel ko FM can only do well in CBD areas and near posh gated villages. Say pwede sya ilagay sa White Plains or C5 near Green Meadows or along Katipunan... They expanded too fast and di nila inaral customers sa lugar na tatayuan nila. Yung FM sa may amin bukas pa din so must be doing ok. Although may 7-11 nadin nearby but I still go for FM.

Genuine Japanese "franchise" ang Family Mart. Sa Japan, yung dalawang pinakaraming branches yung Lawson at Family Mart. Pati sa small towns, its either of the two.

Family Mart's inventory is a far cry from 7-11's. Kahit mas malayo yung 7-11, I still go there most of the time just because of the additional choices.

I also notice a lack of warmth from Family Mart's staff people. I don't know kung ganun talaga culture nila or specific lang sa branch na alam ko. Naka ilang palit na sila ng staff, ganun lahat.

Well for mechandise oo same lang lahat dyan sila talo. But sa mga food may mga unique offerings sila na wala sa 7-11 like katsudon, gyudon. Their ice cream is so sulit at P15 ikaw pa mag serve. They also have corndog na wala na din sa 7-11.

Pero what 7-11 has is a lot of cheap meals. Meals below P100. May tinatawag nga sila sulit meal P30 lang...
