whatever you bought, dinosaur ka pa din. imagine crt, mgosh, ako naman ng nag-plasma, nag-lcd, tapos nag lcd na may built usb, tapos nag 55" na may google chromecast, and now I got myself a 43" LED TV with built in Youtube / Netflix and ISB-T receiver, yes built in na dito ang ABS-CBN TV PLUS di na kelangan ng isa pa nakadikit, and to top if it all built -in sorround system.

so hayun ano invest ko, wala coz the store gave me the bracket and ISB-T antenna for free, kinabit ko na lang sa wall. and my condo is so clutter free, ni wala ako dvd player, cable box, cd cabinets, big speakers na inaalikabukan at pambigat sa feng shui sa condo ko. I'm minimalist btw.

pay yourself first naman doc. wag mo na tipiren ang sarili just because others said only real estate is the best investment. may lupa ka nga, wala naman gusto makipagusap sayo sa mga party kasi 1990s ka pa

Ay sus dami mo gastos ako nga naka typical LED lang na di smart tapos bili lang ako ng China made TV Box na may HDD. May Wifi na sya at USB and memory card slots. So download lang ako ng -t-o-r-r-e-n-t saksak duon then I can watch shows din on my old TV. Much cheaper too! Ayaw ko bayad montly ng mga Netflix waste of money di naman ako malakas manood.

i weaned myself off technology...even our tv is almost a decade old...i have no fb for 3 years, i have very few friends but they are my real friends, decades old...when im outside, i try not to look at my phone, ang sarap pala mag people watching, i try to observe things more, lalo yung katabi ko sa resto, which saddens me, a whole family holding gadgets, walang interactions, yan ba ang quality time? no happy memories, just time together.......sort of...the truth is, google just made people well informed, pag dating sa current events, everybody has an opinion...pero...wisdom, ....nada...wala na

naku wag ka padala dyan sa paandar nyan, less than 10 hours total ko lang nagamit smart feature ng smart tv ko. wala akong choice, wala kasing non smart tv sa size na gusto ko except sharp na walang stock lagi. htpc or hd player lang pwede na sa kahit anong tv.

They used to have one in partnership with Rustan's called Wellworth. It only opened in 2 of their malls which are UP Town Center and Ayala Fairview Terrances.

Pero in just a year nag fold agad and they sold the assets to Metro Gaisano. Wala silang kakayahan sa retail taga develop lang talaga Ayala hahahaha... Di sila like SM kaya development and retail.
