Just ocularly check for cracks that weren't there before...on primary structural components like beams, columns, stairs, walls. Take photos or mark em for comparative reference.

Does anyone recall how strong the quake was in 1990?
Magnitude 7.7. I remember that well, i was buying paint from a hardware store in Roosevelt Ave. There was 1st a milder one then after about 30 seconds stuff started falling off the shelves. When i got out of the store cars and jeepneys were bouncing at least a foot off the pavement and Roosevelt Ave was like a ribbon going up and down like waves of water.
