Caveat though, this is again an exception to the rule. For every Daniel Dejapin, there are millions of street children who succumb to their circumstances and fail to rise out of poverty. Their difference? Daniel's unwavering commitment to education, and admittedly a fair bit of luck in finding a caring NGO.
