March 29th, 2016 09:14 PM #1Here is hoping for some advice on what to do...
Facts: 1. Jan 6 2016. My 89-yr old mother slipped and broke her hips; hospitalized, doctor suggested a minor operation.
2. Jan 8, operation was done.
3. Jan 13, discharged from the hosp tho she could not yet even stand up alone; therapy continued at home with regular check-ups at the hosp.
4. Operation wound never seemed to heal even after more than 2 months.
5. March 28. Consulted another Dr; advised re-opening of the wound asap as the 'nana' or pus is threatening to spread, hinting that something wrong was done by the 1st Dr.
Paano po ba at saan pwede magreklamo sa ganitong malpractice?
Thanks for any input . .
